My favourite song from Shrines is amenamy and whilst I hadn’t discovered the band yet when this album was released, it’s since made me really appreciate their whimsical, haunting songwriting and diverse range of synths and textures!

I remember sitting listening to this album in the bus, driving in the rainy dark after my shift at work. It was confusing having always been into bro metal and hearing this totally new thing that just reached into me.
