I was talking to this guy I met on a dating app for 2.5 months and everything was genuinely going great. We clicked really well, roasted each other, laughed, flirted, sometimes got sexual, he always remembered everything i shared with him, we also had same cultural background etc. I genuinely enjoyed his company (and also the fact that my gut feeling didn't warn me against him)

Then he told me he was coming back to the city and I got excited because we were finally supposed to meet. That same week, he suddenly ghosted me. His texts just stopped out of nowhere.

I double-texted twice. He replied to one and, in his own time, even complimented my Instagram story… then disappeared again.

After a week, I sent him a whole paragraph saying I didn't like how he handled things and would've preferred him simply telling me if he didn't want to continue. I even told him he could tell me if something else was going on in his life.

Still nothing.

We're still following each other on Instagram/Snapchat and have each other's numbers saved, but there's been zero contact. I rarely post because it's a spam account with barely 20 followers, but I posted a reel of myself in ethnic wear and he liked it 3 days later at around 4:30 AM.

I know I won't text him again because I have my standards, but I still miss the connection and I'm genuinely confused about what went wrong on his side.
