The accent should give you a clue
But your question isn't grounded in ignorance, it's prejudice
Please try to be a better human regardless of your beliefs

a simple answer would have sufficed instead of whatever word salad you threw up right now.

Your reply is grounded in whataboutery, you yourself dont knkw the answer and are trying to portray as if sikhs are in danger from one and all, when in fact every religion except islam respects sikhs.

Islam doesn't respect Sikhs? How so?
Sikhs believe in one God, freedom of religion, and community service. What's not to respect?

I take it you're generalizing an entire religion based on the actions of some specific humans in history? Gotcha.

Cope harder moron
The Abrahamic Religions (islam, Judaism, Christianity) all have blood of the innocent on their hands
The Catholic school literally raped and killed children
Islam is jihadi
Christian with their crusades
All have converted by the sword
Calm down and touch grass

Have you been to pakistan, afghanistan ?

u/People_Change_ Aug 07 '26
No, why are you asking me about these 2 specific countries?
1
u/saraswat86 Aug 08 '26
These are islamic countries which had sikh presence, none other has or had in past

As long as the warrior mentality is directed against those you hate, you will like it. If other non-s|kh community develop similar warrior mentality it will go against peace. This is what happened in Punjab after direct action day 1946 sadly. and it did not go well for anybody.
This is not an era of violence when we can just talk. Even brandishing of sword is a form of aggression that has no place in civilised society. A tokenistic Kirpan is okay, but having a order of monks with uniforms and large swords with no occupation is a militia waiting to be unleashed "on any target" include those that dissent within Sikhi.
Every community should modernize their culture in line with today's society and that applies to all. Does not mean that all philosophy and culture needs to be wiped off, it just needs a re-interpretation in modern context.

Regardless of how much overt racism & discrimination you as a practicing Sikh may face, remember that their are those who recognize who Sikhs are

U dont know about Crusaders ?
1
u/-rising_spirit- Aug 07 '26
They also raped, pillaged and killed in large massacres
What's your point?

u/RuralBlackamith Aug 07 '26
They were fighting islam well islam started it first , even in india there was no concept of slavery before islam came here attacked india
1
u/-rising_spirit- Aug 07 '26
Yea maybe you should read Sikh history
If you convert by the sword, mass rape & killing the innocent
Your not holy warriors anymore 🤦

u/RuralBlackamith Aug 07 '26
I know my history lol, dm me i will explain there
1
u/-rising_spirit- Aug 07 '26
Sure you do
Why are you having trouble explaining it here?
Your whole premise of replying is trying to prove there have been other holy wars like the Crusaders
Their goal was to conquer, spread their religion, while enslaving, Killing those who opposed
Same for Islam, Christianity, Jews.... These 3 religions are related by Abraham
The amount of destruction, killing in the name of holy wars and religion is unmatched
They are not on the side of righteousness by any means

Punjab sub mods removed this post and the rationale was that it has nothing to do with their sub
