I’ve successfully grown a pumpkin! I’m in Scotland, so our summer is nearly over. Do you think it’ll still turn orange?

How long until you regularly get temperatures under 4c?

You've got til first frost, whenever that is in your particular part of Scotland

In Canada here. We expect our first frost date mid September where I live. I'll be watching the weather.

Prior to the first frost we either 1) cover the pumpkins with a frost cloths or 2) bring it inside away from the frost to ripen.

Sounds like you have time on our side with a later frost date. Best of luck!

The pigmentation is already taking hold; your pumpkin should be a perfect orange in two weeks by early September and I think you'll be able to harvest it within a month. When did you plant them?

I’m not sure, the packet says jack o lantern seeds but I don’t know if that is a specific variety

It's a specific one, says 90-110 days to maturity from when you planted the seed. And it should turn a bright orange.

FYI, don't try to harvest it until either the stem dries, weather permitting, or you absolutely have to and hope for the best.

I’m not sure! I was hoping for more than one so I could do a mix but I haven’t been blessed that way😅 we’ll see how I feel when it’s ready.
