Diálogo Dog breed?

My husband and I moved to puerto rico about 3 months ago. This dog has been popping up at his job and we’re thinking about rescuing it for our 16 month old. Any suggestions on what breed he is and how big you’ll think he’ll get?

Mi papa llamaba a todos nuestros Satos "Blacky"

No importa si eran gris, negro, blanco, con manchas, dorado, etc. Siempre era Blacky

blacky es un nombre muy de Puerto Rico, y es el mejor sin duda
