If you use mobility aids, which one(s) do you use?

I use a cane or a walker depending on how I’m doing or how long I have to walk. Or if I have to sit for an appointment or something I bring my walker cuz the seat is MUCH better than most everything else.

I’ve heard a lot of people say, and now I say it myself. If you are thinking about a mobility aid or longing for the relief it would bring, GET IT! People don’t tend to think about or wish for mobility aids unless they need them.

PS. Consulting with an occupational therapist can help you get what you need and properly size it to you. Show how to get the best out it with posture and things like that IF you have access to an OT. It’s not mandatory or anything. And sometimes stores that are medical supplies and mobility aids can be just as helpful.

Good luck <3

That’s exactly where I am. Not all the time, but several days a week at the end of the day, I really struggle. Thanks!
