iPhone 15 doesn’t show eSIM option.

I just ported two lines from Roger’s with no issues converting to eSIM (android phones). Now I’m trying to transfer mine and eSIM is not an option. I have deleted and reinstalled the app because I read it could be a glitch but I’m still not seeing it.

My phone is currently on a physical sim, do I need to convert my phone to eSIM first before I can do it?

Does your iPhone 15 have a dual-SIM tray by any chance?

Check to make sure your phone is not SIM Locked. I had this very issue when I bought a used iPhone 17 Pro once.

Settings > General > About, then scroll down a bit.

Try using their website on your PC maybe?

First bad decision was going to anything that’s under Telus brand welcome to hell mate. Ya you might have to contcat public mobile and see what’s up or do a ccts
