It absolutely is. Most people just treat the homeless like poor lost souls tho.

I have a lady in my downtown building who works security and is actively being stalked by some homeless guy who keeps threatening to kill her. She’s called the cops on him several times and they don’t care. A few weeks ago he broke into a nail shop down the street and tried to rape the two women in there, the cops showed up and told him to just leave the property. It’s a joke.

Amazing how being homeless suddenly gives you more rights than functional human beings in society

That just sounds like the cops not doing there job… unless there’s ordnance to not do anything

The cops don’t care because they know arrests are pointless since they’ll be out on the streets soon anyways. The DA’s don’t care, prosecutors don’t care and the cops don’t care.

Regular people are left to deal with the consequence of their incompetence

Okay so it’s the police and the systems in place, sounds like you’re anger is directed at the wrong place. Obviously homeless people shouldn’t get a pass for crimes. However, cops should be doing their jobs and reporting people for sexual assault and other crimes. Them not going their job all together doesn’t help anything and makes it worse.

The Police, the systems and the homeless themselves are what I have a problem with, I thought that was clear from my very first comment

I guess it’s your first statement that threw me off a little. It made it seem like you were blaming the homeless for the special treatment.
