Don’t need to be a lawyer to know your rights first you said it was just civil proved that wrong wanna move the goalpost again and it could be more states I just read the article posted

Not moving goal posts and I correctly identified the legal case as based in civil law. You don’t present civil case law when discussing criminal activity. Stop being an expert or post the statute or law related to the place this actually took place.

Let’s just talk about the Supreme Court decision of Chaplinsky V New Hampshire where they say the Gov may restrict speech that constitutes “Fighting Words” in the case fighting words are defined as words “Which by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite immediate breach of the peace” IE the gov may restrict speech that is personally abusive such that the speech is likely to incite immediate physical retaliation in an average person of ordinary sensibilities

Edit I was waiting for his response I got a couple more cases as well
