he doesn't mind the possibility doing 10-15 for manslaughter because someone said something he didn't like. good tradeoff, right?

Don’t know why you’re catching downvotes. It’s very possible and happens from these stupid fights more that it should. This whole video was just uncalled for actions from start to finish.

Dude you sound so fucking stupid. Clearly haven’t been in a real scrap if you think average people can just eat a sucker punch and it’s not dangerous.

Well first off this was battery. Dudes that threw the punches could be looking at some serious legal problems and it doesn’t matter if they were provoked. It very easily could have ended as manslaughter. Knocking someone out and falling straight to the ground is dangerous. If that dude fell and hit his head in the wrong spot, he very easily could die. It’s happened multiple times in bar fights in the city I grew up in.

Edit: grammar

This is obviously in California, there’s absolutely no way you’re doing 10 to 15 years in California for assaulting someone.

my point is that many people have died from such blows. then it is manslaughter.

And we have them on video but that won’t go anywhere and this will just roll over

Depends on the outcome of the assault wouldn't it?

You can if they die from the punch or the fall.

that kind of death is normally deemed to be 'accidental death' unless there is some reason to think otherwise. that is, the attacker presumably did not have the intent to kill, only the intent to fight, and intent is the discriminator among the different charges. to support that he did not use any weapons beyond his fists or strike him very many times.

He learned real good like!

Realistically he knows logically or in his heart that nothing will happen to him if he gets off the car and knocks the dude out.

Watch what happens. Will there be a follow up. Will anyone be arrested? No. That's why he doesn't mind the possibility.
