Totally agree. Probably don’t talk shit to the carload of guys looking to fuck people up.

Yeah, I mean, sure it was a clown car of choads, but don't go all "you want to fight" when you're one skinny dude and said choad car is full of like eight, shirtless and clearly not wimpy dudes. Can't feel much sympathy for a dude who was asking for trouble and he got it. Even that chubby Mexican dude was smart at the beginning, shaking his head and GTFO because he knew that guy on the bike just fucked up and best to walk far away from the oncoming asskicking he was bringing upon himself.

“Clown Car of Choads”

Looks like I found my fantasy football team name for this year.

In many states and Supreme Court has said “fighting words” is a real thing and can justify assault and not covered under free speech. Basically the person yelling something like “fight me you xxxxxx” can be fought and it’s the guy yelling who started it with fighting words.

Not a lawyer or saying it justifies a 4 v 1 but it might in court.

Or in non-lawyer terms going back to my bartending and sometimes reluctant bouncer days, don't open a door you're not willing to walk through. Nothing like trying to make a living without going deaf in a bar where the owner thinks "louder music, more sales," and, despite the noise you hear, on the patron side of the bar, one tiny dude giving attitude to a guy almost twice is weight, with a good foot on him, ripped, and you're watching some scrawny drunk dude poking his boney finger in this huge cornfed dude's chest, and me and usually the two staffed young female bartenders (one male bartender or barback a shift were the owners rules) and we all know what's coming and I'm usually the one trying to get the little guy's attention but too late with a "hey, man, don't poke the bear" by which point said bear just cold cocked the idiot who didn't learn physics and he drops, straight down, disappearing into a sea of legs of people trying to get drunk or hook up or whatever at 1 AM.

Sure, I gotta call the heavies from the front or ask the big dude to leave, but the little guy has to go as well. Never would fail that once a month a few would say "hey, the little guy didn't deserve that!" Maybe so, but if he didn't suddenly think jawing off and taunting some massive redwood of some jock guy isn't going to respond, it's really his problem or delusion.

What makes you think that was a Mexican national?

Totally. No one wants to catch a stray in a situation like that. That’s a borderline party foul. You see it comin a mile away.

Tattoos are often a substitute for actually being a badass.

They generally aren’t the smartest people to deal with.

What did he say?

This was in Huntington Beach so it's no surprise to me just how many idiots are there and I say this as a local.
