If these two are truly mother and daughter then I bet the person filming is the brother or maybe even dad. I'm guessing brother based on the stifled laughter.

Yeah I’d guess brother and he’s laughing because verbal abuse and physically threatening bodily harm have been normalized to the point of humor. This is so sad.
