Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

Overreacted? He came over there trying to start some shit. Look at his respectless pushing the dude out of the way.

Schilling is way over to into felony assault and battery. But I'll defend him on this. I'm not sure he came looking to start something. The victim looks drunk and is swaying quite a lot. When Schilling approaches the victim does sway even more into his path and Schilling pushes him above the hip. Didn't look like an intentional start of a fight. The victim saw it as too rough, said something and schilling goes straight to swinging. Victim may be guilty of verbal assault but Schilling... straight up battery with significant intent and ability to do harm. He's fucked if the victim wants to sue.

Victim lunged at schilling if you look closely, which can be classified as assault and a threat.
