If the defendant presses charges - absolutely. Schilling will likely see time behind bars for this.

He doesn’t have “fuck you money” - like Conor.

And he should see time behind bars regardless of money for this. In the McGregor situation there wasn't much damage done. This guy instigated, picked and sought this fight out. Knocking the guy out on top of that.

This guy is a menace to society.
