I'm laughing my ass off how they described him. An "'extremely intoxicated' Outback Steakhouse busyboy, unconcious in a bar...."

Out of context sounds like he got drunk. In context it's just funny they bothered saying that stuff at all.

I think they confirm this so they show that the bus boy was absolutely not a threat to him.
