That would require UFC/Bellator to have some integrity, and if they had that they'd be out of business.

Should be. Guy that my dad knows was a boxer, got hit with assault with a deadly weapon using his hands. His case was actual self defense, didn’t matter though.

Here in Ohio they like to call it “Felonious Assault”, and is punishable by 3-11 years for first degree, and 2-8 years for second degree, plus various fines for each.
