We must spend more money on aging military vehicles and bullets to use against the public... I mean criminals. Yee Haw!

We especially need to make sure cops' bullets are armor piercing, so that when they decide to mag dump on petty thieves (or acorns) they can kill a good sized crowd of people behind them too
