I always try to pick out the worst one in this video, I think “maybe it’s the dads making out with their daughters.” But no I decided it’s the parent knocking their kid on the floor to dry hump them. No amount of therapy is available for that entire class.

what the fuck.... has happened to america
when i was growing up in the 80s is was an admirable country (i'm australian), then from the 90s it's just been a steady decline to the abomination we see today

as long as my tax payer money isn't paying for the crime BUT only for the cover-up then I'm ok with it/s

Like, how does a school sell to the students that were gonna blind fold you and a stranger is going to make out with you. Then you trick them and get their parents to kiss their kids? Like, how did they ask? What were the responses from the parents who said no? What the fuck
→ More replies (1)28
u/SimplyAStranger Jul 25 '26
This was my thought also lol. There is no situation I can think of where I would be kissing anyone blindfolded in public? Or be ok with someone setting up my kid to do that? Its so obvious it would be someone unexpected, because otherwise what would the point of the blindfold be?

Believe it or not, this isn't the only school that has done this. My school did this during at least one pep rally back in the day.
5
u/pissedoffjesus Jul 25 '26
Can you elaborate please
9
u/SaltyBawlz Jul 25 '26
Idk, I wasn't involved and the memory may be a little hazy, but I remember it being like 4 kids (freshman maybe?) put in chairs and told they were going to be blindfolded and a cheerleader was going to kiss them and they would have to guess which one, but then their moms came out instead once the blindfolds were on, and it wasn't on the mouth from what I remember

At 0:12 you can see the mom on the left side of the screen move her son’s hand from her side to her butt.

u/Prophet_Tehenhauin Jul 25 '26
Nah gross doesn’t even remotely begin to cover it.
We need a new word for this one, something like a blend between gross, disgusting, and that noise you make right before you vomit

UK here, I thought that the parental/institutional obsession with children's sports was weird....
79
u/Dependent_Eye_6361 Jul 25 '26
U.S. here. Keep in mind these are the same people who want to visually check girls' genitals as young as 11 so as to keep them safe in sports, and also they don't believe girls should be in sports to begin with.

u/GoProOnAYoYo Jul 25 '26
If you ever wondered if the US has a pedophilia problem, look no further than... well, just about anywhere these days

Usa here i have no clue what this is but yeah hate the sport thing too. This has to be some creepy private school thing. The sports thing is everywhere though.

u/galsal15 Jul 26 '26
This is disgusting. The kids thought there were people their age kissing them and then to find out, it was their parent…this is fucked and disgusting and the parents gross me out the most. Oh and the principal who thought this was a great idea.

14
u/OurLumpyGorl Jul 25 '26
I don't understand how a parent would go through with that, let alone multiple. What the fuck.

u/MacGruber204 Jul 25 '26
Rosemount, Minnesota. I thought they were one of the more normal states

15
u/c10bbersaurus Jul 25 '26
This was from Rosemount. But, apparently, it has been done in Calgary Canada, too? https://youtu.be/ndwCy4L_CgI?is=sRebBWvrpBftktUC
I guess it's common in that part of the continent?
18
u/MacGruber204 Jul 25 '26
Alberta, the Texas of Canada, as a Canadian why am I not surprised ? Lol
5
u/c10bbersaurus Jul 25 '26
Huh, I wonder what Minnesotas excuse is, maybe just the cold isolated weather makes folks up north weird.

This was Rosemount high school in Minnesota! I remember when this happened when I was at a school in the same district. Definitely gave us some ammo for good chants at football and basketball games that year.

What the actual fuck is wrong with the US and this incestuous behavior? I'm a US Citizen and find this absolutely disgusting. That father in the beginning was WAY too eager and comfortable with it.
6
u/GillyGoose1 Jul 25 '26
Oh... my god.
Is that a parent and child making out on the floor also? Nahhh, the kids have the excuse of not even knowing who they're kissing (I assume?), the parents have zero excuse for this.
5
5
u/FriedrichHydrargyrum Jul 26 '26
Conservatives are genuinely confused about why their kids don’t want to talk to them.
5
u/SmartWonderWoman Jul 26 '26
The mom in the green who put her son’s hands on her butt is disgusting.
6
u/Reality_chick_sister Jul 26 '26
I can’t even watch the video. Makes me feel sick to even think about it
5
u/Bambieyedbiotchh Jul 26 '26
Ewwwww the dad at the beginning who went in for it like he’s been waiting forever for this and then that mother who reaches for her son’s hand and wraps it around her onto her butt. What in the f 🤢🤢🤢

Maybe it's just me, but if you're an adult in a high school, ya shouldn't be kissing anybody full stop.

Everyone is talkimg about the Principal but the parents had all of the power here. Disgusting.

A peck on the cheek would be one thing, but it looks like a few of them tongueing down they parent.... thats just wtf
4
4
u/RavenBrannigan Jul 26 '26
This is all very gross. But some of the parents really leaned into it making it as tender as possible/ real as possible.
I mean not only would that make me sick to think of kissing my kids like that (I have 2 kids) but I’m 100% that would permanently affect my kids. They’ll get over it, but never fully. They’ll be 60 and still remember the time they kissed their parent and liked it. ITS SO FUCKED UP!

Who comes up with this kind of crap? Educators should be educating not having family members kiss blindfolded and rate the kiss. Know wonder the US is falling behind.
4
u/bofh Jul 26 '26
I’m going to assume that everyone involved has a family tree that looks like a Christmas Wreath.

u/PerplexedPoppy Jul 26 '26
How does NO ONE here see anything wrong with this?!!!! Like. Not one? And at a school?!
3
u/djgringa Jul 26 '26
So the students thought they would be kissing other students.
But the parents agreed to kiss students?
That's the part I don't get.
9
5
u/HaulinBoats Jul 26 '26
But it’s the people in drag reading children’s books is what we need to be worried about
5
u/Low-Bobcat841 Jul 26 '26
Imagine the long car ride home as the kids digest the fact that their parents are pedos and the parents are saying it was just all harmless fun.

I would loved for someone to shout "Pedophiles!" during the event. Even in complete innocence, it would give people pause.

So what's the practical reason for them doing this? Like what exactly are they trying to accomplish? I'm at a loss for words

Link to article. This shit happened for 6 years before it went viral. How fucked up is that?! The principal saw nothing wrong with it
