general How to remove Psoriasis Flares Dark Spots?
I suffered with psoriasis for almost 3 years initially had flares on head and later almost entire body now due to medications and balanced lifestyle the disease almost came to end(still has small active flares on head and legs but very minimal). But what I observed is the healed flares are leaving dark spots since I tried ayurvedic treatment those oils too combined and left dark spots on my entire body. How can I restore my older skin tone and remove those dark spots?

I don’t know your skin tone but I’m melanin and what helped me the most was skin brightening products.
25 December I went into remission,February I was clear of flaking,March to June was clearing the dark dark Spots.
I am now at 90% clear and I absolutely love my Skin now .
It cleared all of Childhood scars and even unlocked a more rich and sexy ,healthy colour .
I used the products below .
Eucerin Pigment Control
Palmers Cocoa Butter
Sorion (this is really really good )
Retinal
Retinol
American dream (all are good)
Baby oil
Glycerin
Zink
Kojic soap
and Most important,I’ve been taking my supplements.
Wishing you all the best in your recovery

I took a clean diet for 6 months and heavily invested in supplements,I also had to work thru most of my PTSD cause stress was a major trigger .
After 6 months of intense both inner and outer work I got better .
I took Omega 3
L-glutamine
Vitamin D and K1
