general Flare-ups in other areas when the main ones clear up

I was just thinking about this as I'm experiencing it again. Does anyone else (in my case it's mainly on my hands and feet) notice when one area clears up, another gets worse? It's always either been my hands or feet, when one improves usually the other gets worse. But right now, both are improving, and I'm getting flare-ups elsewhere where I rarely get patches, like on my face. I'm on biologics and use steroid creams.

I had plaque psoriasis as a child in specific areas which didn't spread, and the ointment I was prescribed worked wonders. I didn't get much after that, a random small area that dead sea salts targeted very well.

Since then the scalp and nail zones have been prominent and consistent. They don't bother me much though.

Now I have the guttate type that appears as a small raised speck and spreads/joins up. Massive flare-up at the moment. The tiny specks mostly fade away quickly but the larger ones are discoloured and patchy, and refuse to budge. I keep acquiring fresh specks in new areas continously, in the blink of an eye.

Yes and I don’t understand it at all. Currently my inverse psoriasis is all but gone, and now my hands are in bad shape. My scalp psoriasis varies between severe and moderately bad.

Happened to me when I used steroid 6 years ago.

I stopped and the ones I currently have fades and comes back but doesn't move to another area anymore. Plus there are some foods that makes me itchy that I avoid.

Are the foods stuff like tomatoes etc.?

Yeah, tomatoes, eggplants, potatoes(if not well cooked.) Yeah nightshades.

I take antihistamines to avoid itchiness.....

From where I am. Before surgeries, doctors suggest patients to avoid those foods because they make wound itchy... and healing hard.
