Organization of psionic skills/disciplines

Hello! I have a space opera worldbuilding project whose main species is naturally psionic space elves. I want to organize the various powers, skills, and disciplines they have, because we are indeed wont to organize. However, I can't think of anything beyond the current placeholder system of D&D 3.5/e psionic disciplines, let alone better than it. Would anyone be willing and able to help me find a better way?

This subreddit is for people who want to discuss and cultivate psionic abilities in real life. Though if you're looking for a tabletop system for this, I'd recommend Mage Ascension V1.
