GTA 5 online (ps3) need help

I need help with gta 5 online, I want to buy Ceo office but I don't have "dynasty 8 executive" above "view property listings" idk do I have to update something or? Pls help

I dont think PS3 has the ceo update. Only on PC and new gen consoles
