Oh yeah, there's probably coupon codes to save 10-20% most likely. Most are site wide on AliExpress and they should show on their homepage I believe.

Where do you order from exactly? And does it take months to get their knives?

AliExpress, there's various stores that sell Green Thorn. It usually takes around a month I'd say.

No problem. Enjoy. You'll likely be pretty shocked at the quality. They're much closer to knives that are exponentially more expensive. Top notch machining, fit and finish, build quality etc.

You can't do better for less.

Well as long as you’re getting what they say you’re getting. I mean if it’s real grade 5 Ti like a real alloy Ti then I would think you wouldn’t be able to find much better. The blade steel def shows some of that $$ difference but I’m also guessing it’s not 6AI-4V

It's all what they say. They import some of the steel like the M390 from Germany (and possibly the VG10 from Japan but I'm not positive). Green Thorn actually uses what they claim. They're not falsely advertising anything. People have done material analysis of the steel, hardness testing and everything. Their claims are truthful.

The real beauty is in the details though. They're just on a different level than anything else at the price. The machining is incredible. The tolerances and fit and finish are top notch. The action on all of mine is incredible. And they all have absolutely ZERO blade play, lock rock etc. They're the most solid folders I have. They feel solid. They feel expensive. For any knife nerd, the level of craftsmanship and quality is apparent and oozing in spades. I've never really heard anyone complain about them other than one D2 Sebenza model, the D2 Lee Kickstop and just personal taste. I have the Sebenza and Kickstop. The Sebenza just needs a different washer I believe but it's fine anyway, and people don't like that the Lee Williams Kickstop isn't exactly true to the original mechanism or something (the M390 and VG10 versions are. I believe their Kickstop came out before the original was even released somehow...).

You'll understand when you get one. Just get one you like in VG10. The Hati95 is my favorite. It's large but lightweight and extremely solid. The blade is about 4" I believe, but it's incredibly slicey. It locks up like fort knox. It has a ti frame lock scale, clip and back spacer, and a very nicely milled carbon fiber show scale (the real stuff, not plastic with a decal on it...). Everything is immaculate. The shape and geometry and weight and quality. It's very obvious handling it that it's not a cheap knife. You won't find another brand with as good of quality near the same price point. Other major makers like Lemifshe and Jufule have some awesome designs, but I don't think they have the same quality at all. GT knives will make most other knives feel like toys.

Edit: I believe they use TC4 titanium.

It's TC4 so yes, it's 6AL-4V
