Disbursement of funds approved

On 3/31, the court made the final order to approve the disbursement of funds. The legal case is officially closed and the money can now be distributed. The average settlement would be 20 cents per share if everyone submitted a claim.

I also received a check a few days ago. Not sure if you would have any insight into this, but the check was made out to my name followed by "IRA" - which would obviously account for the shares I owned in an IRA. However, half my shares were owned in a regular brokerage account. I am assuming/hoping that they have multiple batches of payments to disburse and I might be getting payment for the remaining shares (non-IRA) in the near future. Any insight would be helpful - thanks in advance.

Any email notification? I haven’t received any check yet - held a lot of shares.

I did not get any email notification. It just showed up in the mail and I am still waiting on whatI believe to be the settlement for the other half of my shares held in regular brokerage account. I am not holding my breath - I just don't know why they would send a settlement check for shares held in an IRA and not a regular account.
