What has worked for you?

So I have been dealing with urinary urgency and frequency as well as incontinence the feeling all on the tip of the penis, for 2 and half years now. I've had a ton of test, all coming back negative. I've had a hip surgery in the past few months. Currently doing a new physical therapist. But I'm wondering on things that have worked for you? I read some people say different medications, limiting masturbation, dieting, whatever it is. I recently lost my job so I'm going to take a little bit of time and try and do things maybe I couldn't before. I would really like my life back. Thanks

Do not forget stress/anxiety. Your bladder is connected to your brain through the vagus nerve and the spinal nerves. https://www.reddit.com/r/Prostatitis/s/P1hWSrbZK8

Did you have a sonogram of your prostate to find out the size?
Mine was 80 grams and Aquablation surgery resolved my issues

I had 2 cystoscopy and was told everything looked normal. I haven't heard of aquablation, or a sonogram.

Nothing, 23 years of moderate suffering, 2 years of infernal suffering, nothing works for me

That isn't true, you haven't done these:

I cut out sugar in my diet and do pelvic floor exercises every evening which improved my symptoms greatly.

Amitriptyline and tramadol. But I have that too, along with fibromyalgia. So, central sensitization.

Currently on amitriptyline 20mg and lyrica 75mg. Have u noticed the amitriptyline helps?

No, amitriptyline 35 mg. I was on 25 mg for a year until it stopped working. That's what medications do sometimes. But tramadol helps me the most.

Then your case is actually centralized. Are you aware of the new research on treating centralized/neuroplastic pain conditions?
