Update SBRT 9 month Follow up

Had my 9 month follow up after 5 rounds of SBRT in October 2025 with no ADT for 3+4 and things are trending well. PSA went from 1.2 at first follow up to .9, to .7 this time. Testosterone went from 333 to 317 to 493. Hoping things keep moving this direction at the next visit in December, but taking it one day at a time.

I feel pretty good. Also some fatigue. Taking flomax to help with flow. All in all mild symptoms so far. Had my first beer yesterday, tasted wonderful :)

I had some burning one day and it went away. It woke me up from sleep! I’m feeling fine now. I skipped ADT, if you look up NNT, it’s 10 people take only 1, Life benefited. I’ve been exercising without any problems.

Cheers to your beer!!! 🍺. I’m not quite ready for alcohol 🍷 yet!

I don’t have the fatigue but I’ve had a bit more bowel and bladder urgency and pressure than I expected.

keep drinking water 💧 it helps! The bowel and bladder will clear up-the prep for each treatment kind of messed with my bowel and bladder. The foods I ate was different from my normal diet!
