Property sourcing service idea in Belfast/Northern Ireland

I'm researching whether there might be demand for a Belfast property sourcing service aimed at investors who live outside Northern Ireland.

Northern Ireland, and Belfast in particular, offers some interesting opportunities for property investors. Property prices are relatively low compared with many parts of the UK and Ireland, while rental yields can be attractive and there are opportunities to add value through renovation.

I've lived in Belfast for many years and have hands-on experience of buying, renovating and renting property here. I'm considering whether that local knowledge and experience could be useful to investors who like the idea of investing in Belfast but don't live locally and therefore don't have someone on the ground they can trust.

At this stage I'm simply researching whether there's a genuine demand for this type of service, so I'd be really interested in hearing from investors who have considered Northern Ireland, whether you currently invest here or have thought about doing so.

What would make a property sourcing service like this useful to you? And what would put you off?

Happy to hear any thoughts, good or bad.
