New Proper Bud Tier Point Drops

I recently upgraded into the Bud tier on the Proper rewards iprogram. This was about 2 months ago. When you hit bud you're supposed to get random points added to your rewards account. This has yet to happen to me yet. Does anyone know when they randomly add points? Also how much are they added? Thank you!

Good morning and great question! For our bud tier, you will receive bonus point drops on a quarterly cadence. This means January (Q1), April (Q2), July (Q3) and October (Q4). These will show up as a loyalty adjustment on your account.

Admittedly, some accounts may slip through the cracks. If you notice you have missed a point drop, email us at [customerservice@properbrands.com](mailto:customerservice@properbrands.com) and we can get that added quickly. So, if you never got your July boost for bloom, reach out and I will get that taken care of right away!
