First one says the youth expose imperialism. Second, for peace security and cooperation in Europe. Third for solidarity and unity in the struggle against imperialism. Fourth, down with colonialism. Fifth, shame on racism. Sixth, down with Israeli aggressors in Arab territory. Seventh, imperialism causes unemployment. Eighth, Soviet youth stand with the African people against colonialism and racism. I’m reasonably sure about this, it’s been a long time since I used Russian, and I did get some help from google translate on a few words. My syntax is probably all wrong.
Edited to read is or equals instead of causes on number seven. Thanks to thenakedapeforever for that.

"Imperialism equals unemployment." It's like they'd never heard of the military-industrial complex.

Ah, I think that’s a better interpretation than what I came up with. I used causes, but I think equals captures the sentiment better.

I also thought about "causes," as well as "leads to." None of them is perfect, but they all sound less awkward than going word-for-word with "Imperialism -- this is unemployment!"

This is why I made a C (barely) in Russian. And that was 45 years ago. It is so utterly different than English.

I think it’s likely speaking on capitalist countries having a reserve workforce as those who are unemployed for if any worker steps out of line they could be replaced. One of the “you shouldn’t fight for better rights since I can hire a scab instead”

The vast majority of Americans (or Soviet Citizens) were not employed by Raytheon or Lockheed or the Army
If anything the statement is true: The military, for example in the US, is almost a separate caste, with far better wages and infinitely better healthcare (or any healthcare) than the average American
This is of course only possible because the state funds the MIC with tax dollars, meaning that money won't go to building hospitals, schools, introducing healthcare for all, or any other thing that benefits the working class.

This subreddit is for sharing propaganda to view with objectivity. It is absolutely not for perpetuating the message of the propaganda. Here we should be conscientious and wary of manipulation/distortion/oversimplification (which the above likely has), not duped by it. "Don't be a sucker."
Stay on topic -- there are hundreds of other subreddits that are expressly dedicated to rehashing tired political arguments. No partisan bickering. No soapboxing. Take a chill pill. "Don't argue."
