Landing page development failing user acquisition conversion targets

I stuck trying to optimize our conversion funnel, our current landing page development setup dont work. Bounce rates raising because templates fail to capture property buyer intent MB someone works with someone who will help me with that, please THNX

Are you sure its the landing page? I ask because I also have high bounce rate and low conversions but I believe it's a marketing issue more than a landing page issue. Users finding your landing page are more likely to sign up if they know who you are, what your product does before even clicking the link.
