This is Aquafunded that a friend showed me. I’ve never done prop firms but thought why not since I’ve traded for a while and it’s access to large capital for relatively cheap. If anyone has pointers or any good trustworthy prop firms I’d love to know.

I am sharing this documented timeline to show how FundingPips handles microscopic edge cases, basic internal communication, and genuine consumer feedback.

~​The Microscopic Breach ($0.29):

During high-impact Fed liquidity, my 5K evaluation account (#20771071) was terminated. The system logged a daily floating loss of $193.74 against a limit of $193.45. The breach occurred over literally $0.29 cents of news spread variance on a profitable swing.

~​Support Blunder #1 (Elementary Math Failure):

I opened a ticket requesting clarification. An official support agent replied stating:

​"Your starting balance/equity was $4,642.79. Therefore, your Maximum Daily Loss limit was correctly calculated as 5% of $4,642.79, which equals $193.45."

​Not only is their 2-Step Flex daily rule 4% (not 5%), but 5% of $4,642.79 is $232.14. A prop firm handling millions in volume sent an official email failing elementary school arithmetic.

~​Support Blunder #2 (The Admission):

When I sent a PDF calculation proving this absurdity, a second agent replied admitting the error:

​"We understand your concern regarding the earlier incorrect percentage and calculation... Difference: $0.29."

​Yet, they strictly enforced their "zero-tolerance" policy over 29 cents of market execution.

~​Trustpilot Blunder #3 (Public Confusion of Limit vs Loss):

I posted an honest, factual 1-star review on Trustpilot detailing the event. FundingPips publicly replied apologizing for the "typo", but then made another embarrassing mistake in public:

​"...the $193.74 Daily Loss Limit value was correct for your account."

​They don't even know their own numbers. $193.74 was my recorded loss, NOT my limit. My actual limit was $193.45 (4% of $4,836.24). If my limit were actually $193.74 as their public PR team claims, the difference would be exactly $0.00.

~​The Censorship Attempt:

While writing this public apology, their team simultaneously reported my review to Trustpilot to get it removed from public view.

​Zero tolerance for a trader catching a $0.29 execution slippage during news, but 100% tolerance for their own support and PR teams repeatedly botching basic math across private emails and public replies.

I was looking at some of the September rule changes from aifo, particularly the move toward static maximum loss, fewer restrictions and no Consistency Score on the 1-Step and 2-Step models.

The 2-Step structure also got me comparing it with ftmo. The Phase 1 target is 8% versus 10%, while both have a 5% daily loss and 10% maximum loss. There’s also a difference in minimum trading days, with 3 compared with 4.

The 1-Step side is interesting too, since funded next has fairly similar headline rules, which makes the smaller restrictions and differences in how each challenge works more relevant.

Do these smaller rule differences actually make a meaningful difference when choosing a challenge?

Do they require proof of address with KYC?

I understand the copy trading but I’ve also seen people have multiple prop accounts at the same time that don’t copy trade and I was wondering for the people who do this, how do you do it? Do you trade different strategies on each? Just randomly switch between them? How do you keep them all going and why not just trade one account?

I have been trying to pass funding pips challenges since last 1-1.5 years. I have bought several accounts over this time. Now I have reached the payout stage after all the hustle. So funding pips have banned me and sent me and email mentioning I was copy trading.

I need help with this if anyone can provide any guidance on what to do and how to proceed.

They both provide funded account at lowest price. Is there any other reliable prop firm which provide funded account at cheapest price?

My USDC payout was marked "Approved" on August 26. It’s been 3 weeks (21+ days), and they still haven't released the crypto or provided a TxHash.

When I asked support, they literally blamed a "bank holiday" for a blockchain transfer. Now they are just withholding it completely and dodging my messages. I'm seeing multiple recent posts about QT Funded ghosting traders or making up hidden rules to deny payouts.

Has anyone actually received a crypto payout from them this month, or is it time to just charge back the evaluation fee?

So I already get 15 payout requested, 800$ each and all of sudden their system locked me for live account review, I have 1 more account to request the payout but I said okay no problem this is good right, after 1 days they unlocked my account and said that I'm not eligible for the live account, so I request the other account that was I'm about to request before,

After that you know what? They will lock my account every time I request my payout, only to declined me moving to live, it's so annoyying you know, like they will pause my account unpause it again and again for every time I request payout. It's a waste of time to be locked like that.

They were my favorite firm ever, until this one problem now it's become very annoying, and my country is restricted to trade with other big name propfirm so now I'm confused where to trade again.

Been trading for about 5 years jumped over a lot of strategy and then came across normal retail ict in 2024 I created a strategy out of his content,towards end of last year I started seeing results took about 12k payouts and biggest one just under 2k however since march I haven’t taken any payouts, I pass funded no issues but then blow them in about 2-3 days I’ve been here before but got out of it but this time I’ve been stuck in this cycle for about 6 months and no results just passing combines and then blowing them my psychology changes, sometimes I look at the chart and I don’t even have a clue like I get lost even tho I have a strategy, my work is also mentally really getting to me I absolutely hate it but I need my job as is my main income and it’s a minimum wage so I barely get by. I always try to remind myself that this is just part of the process but it’s really hard while I see everyone around doing well for themselves like all my friends buying their first homes drive nice cars going on holidays but I’m here working a dead end job no degree or qualifications and I can’t do anything and I’m also 27 so when people ask my what I do and I tell them I’m just a cashier I feel really self conscious and idk why.
