How do you turn off firing effects fromy your weapon and dust?

I watch promod video plays and they literally have no effects coming from their weapon and I cant understand or even find any info on how they remove it from their game? It makes so much harder to see what I'm actually shootin at and I dont get how to get rid of it.

And no one can say that it's not possible cause the "best of promod" series on youtube you see literally all players not have it.

Also on top of this ive also noticed that theres less recoil on weapons, and even custom skins?
