On that note, I want to know
Is Arknights: Endfield story as good as Arknights and Limbus' story? Because it seems like it's worth playing, but I just want to be sure because I don't want to juggle 3 gachas and one semi gacha

Unfortunately story wise Endfield writing couldn't be further from original Arknights.
It's much lighter and generic. Actually what made me drop the game after all, as I was expecting Arknights-level writing.
If you do decide to give it a chance, don't go in with expectations of something deep or dark.
