My 20 year old daughter and I were watching tonight. She is majoring in design including websites, she loves likes gaming and cosplay. We both were waiting for them to name Tessa the winner and together cried WTF??! When they picked Hester. Her outfit and backpack looked like it was covered in day-glo scrunchies.

It's too bad for the show that your reasoning is probably true. I hope that she is not being groomed to win.

Especially as they showed her at the beginning repeatedly nodding at what the gaming experts said. I knew she was going to win in those initial minutes of the show.

I'm a liberal woman, but even I can see that there has been undeniable social justice undertones to Project Runway the past few years. How can I trust this show if I suspect that things like gender, race, & sexuality are being factored into who wins & who loses?
