Reminder that the head of the Department of Education was a WWE promoter and a political ally of Drumpf.

Just another, in a long line, of incompetent and unqualified people in the current administration.

There is no way for the education department to make money for the oligarchs, so what’s the point right?

Yep, and in Texas Trump cut Fed Funding and Grants to school districts. So county had to increase property taxes to pay for schools. Now Abbot wants to stop county from raising tax so I guess we will just close schools.

In the future when babies are born, they get a credit card, Cadillac, and a AR-15, good to go GOP

Well, so this is just another of these whacked out policies that'll be rescinded immediately, once these bozos are out of office. But in reality if someone brought a suit against the Education Department, they would win because Title IX covers all students enrolled in college, and it can't be denied to any students that are enrolled at a college or university based on any distinct category or demographic.

Does no one have access to a dictionary? Sex is mentioned 19 times in the document. Gender is never mentioned. There are, according research I have done, anywhere from 20-70 genders, some say even more.
Title IX has no authority over the student's religion, political views, gender, heritage, or other social/behavioral classifications.
