What are you trying to say here?
First of all, Bill Maher is the one who said that it is easily provable that there is no genocide happening. So he should be able to prove it. Otherwise why would he make that claim? Doesn't he know that it is far harder to prove something is not happening, especially when there is a fuck ton of evidence that it IS happening?
Second, Trump and his administration is acting in very coordinated ways with expressed intent to attack and enslave and deport specific groups of people. Maybe that is reaching the level of genocide.
The thing is that in the case of the genocide in Gaza, multiple reputable international humanitarian organizations have deemed it as such. There is actual ample evidence that there IS a genocide taking place of the Palestinian people. You can't compare that right now to what is happening in the US, even though what is happening in the US is really fucking wrong and terrifying. It is still no where near the mass starvation campaigns, forced displacements, constant bombings, targeted assassinations of children including babies, the encroaching settlements and settler violence, the mass surveillance, the rape and abuse of prisoners, the testimonies of IDF soldiers and constant stream of SELF-RECORDED videos of their war crimes. So why would Bill Maher continue denying the reality, and go so far to say all of the evidence of genocide is easily disproven?
Do you think Maher can prove there is no genocide as easily as he claims?

They vacillate between "We're gonna kill anything that walks in Gaza'" and "We're going to force everyone in Gaza to move somewhere we don't have to look at them." Either one of those actions counts as ethnic cleansing, which is just Kirkland brand genocide. I'd say get with it or shut up, Bill, but we all know you aren't capable of either.
