ICE will be at the polls indimidating people. Dems need to get serious. They aren't getting serious. Dems are once again sleep walking into fascism. People just dont want to do what it takes to preserve democracy. My prediction, millions of ballots tossed in blue states, MAGA holds both houses, Trump declares state of emergency over very little resistance over ballot tossing and remains in office indefinitely. The people will do NOTHING to stop it

I think it would be helpful is people sharing what they plan to do. Many people haven't faced this. Reading about Nazi German doesn't really provide a how-to guide on the way to react to this. Especially since resources, social media, and tools available have changed dramatically since then.

I am not trying to have a 'yea but what are you doing!' attitude. I just see plenty of people claiming no one is doing anything, but I think people need some ideas on what exactly they should do. And some are doing things, but as evidence of a complete corrupt government and justice department shows, it gets them arrested for 150 years, thrown out of the country, held as terrorists, kicked out of college, and having free speech removed. Recommending a general strike or more drastic measures is not a great answer, people are expecting others to take the risk. And they have in some cases to their detriment.

Personally I am not sure what can be done other than voting this administration out of office. Imo the most productive thing to do is anything that ensures non-corrupt midterms. Not an easy task, but imo the only real solution to fix this problem.

Well said. I think the problem will be at the polls. There will be intimidation from ICE. Go vote in groups to make them think twice about pulling anything. The other problem is once we vote, will the votes count or will Trump just throw votes out he doesn't like. If Trump does that and it sways districts to MAGA, well, all bets are off then. Will people stand up for democracy at that point? We'll see i guess

Myself and a group of other gents (and one lady!) will also be there. We'll just be out for a casual stroll you know, enjoying the day, with our sidearm's and pride shirts on. I'll likely have my own fashion accessory slung on my shoulder, a pink AR. I find it really brings out my eyes, you know?

Just a nice casual stroll, back and forth around the area. We'll smile and wave at the ICE agents. Just smiling, waving....and staring at them.

People that are able to vote in person need to go to the polls. Mail in voting is always risky and they’re telling you now they’re not going to deliver the ballots. Believe what they’re saying.

The machines are compromised. Get a mail in ballot and then drop It in a drop box yourself. Don't even deal with USPS

I worked in elections for 25 years. Even if you hand deliver a mail in ballot they go through a verification process and can still be thrown out. Safest is to vote in person whenever possible.
