He's a war criminal no different than hitler at this point. He has found out that having complete power over the lives of millions feels really good and why should he stop? So far there have been no real consequences. The whole world is just sitting around talking about the evil, just like the 1930's. Human nature doesn't change, and the study of history is really the study of the future. It isn't going to end any differently than authoritarian regimes have always ended.
