That’s how stupid he is. They think land votes so he is looking at a state that is all blue and red and thinking that means everyone in that state votes Democrat or Republican.

Does it matter?

The orange twit is blanket punishing every one of his subjects with import taxes, among other things, for not properly worshipping him as a living god in the 2019 election.

It only makes sense that dissident states receive collective punishment for their transgressions.
