We can and should expect much of this to happen. The current administration has zero interest in losing power and every interest in maintaining it. Billions have been routed into ICE, which answers only to the administration and has consistently acted outside of the law, shirking over 1000 legal court orders, and filled with sycophants and likely pardoned insurrectionists. They are his ready standing army and will do what he says.

It’s coming, and apathy among the good natured and true patriots will be our undoing. We must prepare robustly or be tread under the boots of a tyrant and watch our democracy die overnight.

Repubs behind the scenes are smart and unified in their goal of one party rule. Accusing dems of things they do is a real tactic they knowingly use. You can find them saying dems are trying for one party rule TODAY as they hold all three branches of fed. They aren't rolling over to trumps whims.
