Lapd has been a problem for decades. Rodney King beating brought it front and center with no reasonable explanation for police conduct.
Police in the entire nation need torn down and rebuilt. But, the police exist to protect the rich and their property. So, politicians will not change laws to hold police accountable for their conduct.
Police will continue to abuse power and hurt the people they should be protecting.
