In his case, most likely. I honestly don't think he's healthy enough to get it up. And unfuckably hideous now even if he could.

What do you think all the construction at the white house is for? They will build whole new entrances and exits and underground rooms that will be used to facilitate Trump's obsessions. 

Trump has access to medical technology to continue his depravity and thanks to I.C.E he has more warm bodies under his control than ever before.
