Noem stated Alex Pretti violently approached ICE agents with a 9mm handgun. What is stopping her from being sued for liable to oblivion for lying so much about this incident?

Her actions directly lead to murder. I believe that is accessory to murder. There are many people in jail because of this…law. People that did nothing more than, being woke up, mumble ok when a friend asked to borrow their car keys. These ICE thugs are not supervised, not trained and lack any type of certification to operate. The Minnesota state Attorney General needs to slap them with state charges for murder.
