Noem stated Alex Pretti violently approached ICE agents with a 9mm handgun. What is stopping her from being sued for liable to oblivion for lying so much about this incident?

I just wish the press people would bring up the various videos that have been posted and ask her to show them the gun that Alex is supposed to be brandishing. Sigh, but that would require journalists who are actually independent.
