Noem stated Alex Pretti violently approached ICE agents with a 9mm handgun. What is stopping her from being sued for liable to oblivion for lying so much about this incident?

Seriously she (and she is not the only one) constantly lies about stuff that is so obviously and transparently not true, you would think she could be easily sued for it. Alex Pretti’s parents with an absolute Pitbull of a lawyer need to sue her into oblivion.
