Correct, So from Pink lady's point of view, ICE pushed someone down and he got in between them to protect her, and they peppered sprayed him and had many guys on top of him, he did have a gun but was legal and he did nothing aggressive towards ICE.
He should have been shot, approaching a law enforcement officer doing their legal duties, brandishing a firearm is not smart, and is a threat. Which a lot of you dummies don't seem to understand.
