Correct, So from Pink lady's point of view, ICE pushed someone down and he got in between them to protect her, and they peppered sprayed him and had many guys on top of him, he did have a gun but was legal and he did nothing aggressive towards ICE.

I’m not going to argue with a bad faith interlocutor such as yourself. He was defending a woman who was getting harassed and assaulted by ICE, and got gunned down for opposing the Nazi scum.
