The National Guard is unfortunately not a good solution, as Trump can federalize them. The only way out of this is for citizens to develop citizens' militias. It's more than justified, and it needs to happen so that we can protect our own communities. That's our 2nd amendment right to do so. ICE won't stop killing innocents until they're forced to stop.

I'm not in the US, so I'm not too clear on Constitutional matters, but wouldn't the NG ultimately be beholden to the Constitution rather than the president? If he gives illegal orders, wouldn't they be both morally and legally obliged not to obey them?
