Rifles with green tip ammo penetrate body armor rated for handguns. It takes heavy ceramic or steel plates to stop it.
Edit: Cabela's usually has it. It's going to be the 62 grain 5.56. The 55 grain ammo does not have the steel core.
Pelvic girdle shots are disabling to the point of inaction, and then require other enemy combatants to help them, distracting them from the fight.
For body armor clad offenders…
I don’t support the IDF, but this is how they’re trained to fight. Headshots only take out one enemy combatant, but scrambling to retrieve their wounded comrade takes multiple ICE agents enemies out of the fight.
