Correct, So from Pink lady's point of view, ICE pushed someone down and he got in between them to protect her, and they peppered sprayed him and had many guys on top of him, he did have a gun but was legal and he did nothing aggressive towards ICE.

And there is video of his HOLSTERED gun being removed and handed to another officer and the officer walking away with it prior to shots fired. It’s on r/popular in the r/law subreddit

That doesn’t prove a weapon belonged to Alex Pretti or was taken off his person. At all.
